Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Woburn

I want to say I traveled with my mother and two children 9 yes old.from NY I thought it was going to be difficult but the staff there were AMAZING!! GAIL, Neilish, and Steven went out of their way to help me in different situations . And so happy to do so. I felt safe sending the kids down to speak with staff if they wanted to get stuff at the shop. That was so important to me to feel comfortable with the kids in a nice environment and they nailed it in every way.. thanks to you guys you made our trip better honestly

This property was super clean and the employees were friendly. Had a really good breakfast selection. We stayed in a one room suite and it was a decent size. Elevators were easily accessible.

The desk staff was very friendly and efficient and our room was comfy, although I would have loved to have been able to book a king suite, we are too big to share a queen! The bathrooms are roomy, linens soft and pillows fluffy. Breakfast was full of wonderful choices, all hot and fresh. We needed a few supplies and the location was super convenient for all our needs. A very nice stay.

The breakfast was decent with your typical bananas, oranges, and apples. The biscuits were hard as rocks. I normally just eat oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, & a toasted bagel. The hotel was clean and comfortable.beds were comfortable.

I liked the location, it is near to a target and to a mini mall with several restaurants and super market. The premises are modern and clean, the staff super friendly. I recommend this hotel specially if you travel with kids. Definitely if I travel again to there this hotel will be my first option to book.
