Came in from an Uber from the Transit Center and the Logan Express Bus to Woburn. Morning arrival after taking a Red Eye from California, so I was just hoping to dump my bags and chill out. However Sam the Front Desk Manager was able to check me in and upgrade my room for being a Bonvoy member. He was a life saver! I was able to enjoy the breakfast, shower, take a nap before resuming my day all before noon. It truly made my stay incredible. Awesome location. I hadn't been to the Boston area in over 20 years and I would choose this Residence Inn again.

I want to say I traveled with my mother and two children 9 yes old.from NY I thought it was going to be difficult but the staff there were AMAZING!! GAIL, Neilish, and Steven went out of their way to help me in different situations . And so happy to do so. I felt safe sending the kids down to speak with staff if they wanted to get stuff at the shop. That was so important to me to feel comfortable with the kids in a nice environment and they nailed it in every way.. thanks to you guys you made our trip better honestly

The desk staff was very friendly and efficient and our room was comfy, although I would have loved to have been able to book a king suite, we are too big to share a queen! The bathrooms are roomy, linens soft and pillows fluffy. Breakfast was full of wonderful choices, all hot and fresh. We needed a few supplies and the location was super convenient for all our needs. A very nice stay.

The staff were absolutley wonderful! They seemed to genuinely care about your comfort and hapiness during your stay. Our room wasn't big, but just the right size for 4 people. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes. It also had a full size fridge, a microwave, cook stove, coffee maket, and dishwasher. We enjoyed the amenities.

We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, especially when we stayed more than two nights and they kept it clean. really clean for us, even loaded dishes in the dishwasher while we were out and made beds and sat our grandson's stuffy up on the pillow, it was so clean compared to other hotels!
